The high pressure common rail test platform is composed of the common rail, the injection system, the starter and the speed rising system of the diesel engine, in which the size of the inlet and outlet of the control chamber has a great influence on the law of fuel injection.
The electronic control injector and the high pressure common rail chamber in the high pressure common rail fuel injection system were compared, and the injection law of the common rail system was tested by the Bosch long tube method. The test results show that the fuel injection law has nothing to do with the volume of the pressure fluctuation of the rail chamber, and the size of the inlet (out) hole of the control chamber has a great influence on the law of the injection.
In the starting process of the high pressure common rail diesel engine, the characteristics of the common rail pressure establishment, the speed rise process and the dynamic smoke three aspects, and the optimization goal of the exhaust smoke degree, and the method of setting and optimizing the injection parameters of the starting process by the rotational speed and the orthogonal test method are put forward. The test was carried out on a 6 cylinder 6HK1 high pressure common rail diesel engine.
