The common rail test bench high pressure common pressure pipe is a forged steel pipe with an inner diameter of 10 mm. Each cylinder injector is connected with the oil rail through its own tubing. The role of common rail tube can be understood as two points:
1 Accumulation and distribution of high pressure fuel;
2 Reducing pressure fluctuation: fluctuation caused by intermittent fuel supply of plunger, fluctuation caused by short injection of injector;
High pressure common rail tube of diesel engine
common rail injector test bench high pressure common rail pressure limiting valve for diesel engine
The function of pressure relief valve of high pressure common rail is to limit the pressure in the oil rail by opening the overflow port when the pressure limit value is exceeded. It keeps the seal seat of the valve body closed through the vertebral head of the plunger. Under normal pressure, the spring makes the plunger press tightly on the seal seat to keep the common rail tube closed when the pressure exceeds. At the maximum pressure of the system, the spring is compressed, the plunger is jacked up, the fuel overflows from the rail, and the rail pressure drops.
Common rail to each cylinder must have a current limiter, mainly to ensure the safety of the engine, so that the flow from the common rail to the nozzle is limited, so as to protect the engine overload, this is when a cylinder solenoid valve failure, mechanically to ensure that the engine is not damaged.
